CoffeeTableBooks.co.za is a Studio22 website, operated by Samprop (Pty) Ltd. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ordering

Orders placed through our website or photo book software are considered confirmed once payment has been received. The price shown at the time of ordering is the price that applies to that order.

Prices may change from time to time. Quotations issued in writing remain valid for the period stated on the quote.

2. Production Time

Our standard production cycle is 7 working days.

We also offer faster turnaround options in certain cases:

  • 5 Day Express Production
  • 3 Day Urgent Production

These services incur additional fees and are offered only when production capacity allows.

Express and urgent services require manual intervention and may involve additional staffing or production adjustments. For this reason, we recommend that clients plan ahead and make use of the standard production cycle whenever possible.

Production time excludes shipping and delivery.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times depend on the courier or shipping option selected at checkout.

Typical delivery times are 1–4 working days within South Africa, depending on location and courier schedules.

CoffeeTableBooks.co.za is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched.

4. Customer Responsibility for Design

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their design files are correct before placing an order.

This includes:

  • spelling and grammar
  • image placement
  • margins and safe areas
  • page order
  • image resolution

Once an order has entered production, changes are no longer possible.

5. Colour and Print Variations

Printed products may differ slightly from how images appear on screens. This is normal and occurs due to differences between screen displays and printed media.

Minor variations in colour, density, or paper characteristics are considered acceptable and are not regarded as defects.

6. Uploaded Content and Copyright

By uploading images or content to our platform, you confirm that:

  • you own the copyright, or
  • you have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce the material.

CoffeeTableBooks.co.za and Studio22 cannot be held responsible for copyright violations resulting from files supplied by customers.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. CoffeeTableBooks.co.za does not store full payment card details.

Orders will only proceed to production once payment has been successfully received.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom printed, refunds or returns are generally not possible once production has begun.

If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

CoffeeTableBooks.co.za and Studio22 will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
