If something isn’t right, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Where applicable, we will reprint, replace, or refund your product.

How It Works
If you are unhappy with your order:
- Email us at wecare@studio22.co.za
- Include your order number and a short explanation
- Attach photos if the issue is visible
We’ll assess the issue and guide you on the next step.
Returns & Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days
- Items must be returned within 21 days, in original condition
- Return shipping is arranged by the client
Refunds are processed once the product has been received and assessed.
What This Covers
This guarantee applies to print and production quality, including:
- Colour consistency across the full book
- Print defects or production errors
If the issue affects only part of the book, we’ll help identify and resolve the cause.
What This Does Not Cover
Because all products are custom-made, the guarantee does not cover:
- Spelling, layout, or design errors
- Low-resolution or incorrect files supplied
- Colour differences caused by screen brightness or editing environments
Important Notes
- The guarantee applies to one copy only(We recommend printing a single proof before bulk orders)
- Orders must be created using our Studio22 Creator software(We cannot guarantee results from third-party software)
- Refunds may be declined in cases of misuse or repeated claims
- Delivery method will match the original order selection

A Note on Colour & Screens
Screens can be misleading.
Brightness, lighting conditions, and editing environments all affect how images appear. A screen that is too bright often leads to prints appearing darker than expected.
For best results, we recommend:
- Editing in a neutral lighting environment
- Avoiding overly bright screens
- Using a neutral grey background when adjusting images
When in doubt, test prints are the most reliable way to confirm your final result.
